  • It is very important that you call the number provided on your confirmation when you are approximately 15 to 20 minutes away from arriving at the terminal.
  • South Terminal: Proceed into the terminal following the car lane, as you go into the terminal building proceed through two sets of traffic lights, please park either on the right hand or left hand side of the drop off/pick up area.
  • North Terminal: Following signs for 'drop off', you will bear round to the right and park in the lane in front of the Sofitel Hotel.

Parking Procedures:

You car will be parked for you by one of the Cophall Farm Team in a secure compound.

Return Procedures:

Details of the return procedure will be given to you when you drop your car off with the chauffeur.

Gatwick is 28 miles (45km) south of London, linked directly to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. The M25 is a ten-minute drive away (Junction 7), providing connections to the national road and motorway network.

Important Information:

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons. As long as arrival and return procedures are followed correctly, waiting time should not be longer than 20 minutes.
