Arrival Procedures:

Drivefly will ring you 20-30 minutes before your arranged arrival to confirm your drop off time.

You will need to call Drivefly in the event that you are running late or early. This is so that Drivefly can tweak their schedule to fit you in.

Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier, you will find the designated off airport meet and greet area which is right next to the pay point station.

One of the chauffeurs will greet you at the arranged meeting point. This chauffeur will have all of your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with the Drivefly company logo on it.

Parking Procedures:

Your Drivefly chauffeur will park your car for you at the secure compound.

Return Procedures:

Please call Drivefly once you have picked up all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays kindly let us know.

A chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

Luton airport charges a fee of £1 for the first 15 minutes at the terminal area which you will need to pay. If you spend longer than 15 minutes leaving the terminal you will need to pay £4.50.

Directions:

If you are coming via the M1 motorway, come off at the slip road which goes into M1 junction 10A to a large roundabout. Take the second exit which is sign posted as 'Airport'. The airport is well sign posted from this point.

Please go into the airport and at the first roundabout head straight across and go under the tunnel which welcomes you to London Luton Airport.

Security:

Drivefly's drivers are all fully insured to drive your vehicle and the secure compound is also insured. Your car is driven to the nearby secure compound with laser-beam security systems and CCTV. The compound is manned by 24 hour security. Your car will remain safely here until you return.

Disabled Facilities:

There are no bus transfers and you will be met at the terminal making this service ideal for disabled passengers. Please note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
