Arrival Procedures:

Please call our team of chauffeurs when you are 20 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at the designated meet & greet point in the short stay which is close to the entrance barrier.

It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible.

The chauffeur will be easily recognisable, wearing a Stress Free Parking uniform and jacket. The chauffeur will check your car for any existing damages and mark them on our process form.

Parking Procedures:

Stress Free Meet & Greet will park your car for you on a secure car park 5 miles away from the airport.

Return Procedures:

You will be met in the short stay car park at the designated meet & greet point which is close to the barrier at the entrance.

There is a fee of £1 set by the airport for the first 15 minutes which you will be required to pay, and if you go over the 15 minutes the fee goes up to £4.50.

Important Information:

In order to park your car on a secure car park the average mileage expected by the time you return from your holiday is 12 miles.

Disabled Facilities:

This parking service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal and no bus transfers are required. Please note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Directions:

If you are coming via the M1 motorway come off the slip road, which goes into M1 junction 10A. Continue to the large roundabout and take the second exit sign posted Airport. The airport is well sign posted from this point.

Please go into the airport and at the first roundabout go straight across and go under the tunnel which welcomes you to London Luton Airport.

Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier. Soon after the barrier on to your right is the designated off airport meet and greet area which is right next to the pay point station.
