Luggage Size For Domestic Flights

UK domestic flights have the following luggage rules:

• Either one bag checked in with a maximum size of up to 62 inches*
• Or two checked bags checked in with a total maximum size of 62 inches when placed side by side*
• Maximum weight for each bag of luggage is 23kg*

Luggage Size For EU Flights

EU flights have the following luggage restrictions:

• The baggage dimensions should be 35.5ins x 29.5ins x 16ins*
• Most airlines allow luggage weighing a total of 23kg - 32kg per passenger*

Please note: *Most airline's rules regarding the size of permitted luggage are slightly different. Once you know which airline you are using, you will be able to ask them what the maximum size of your luggage should be, before you travel on a domestic or EU flight. Make sure that you don't exceed the maximum amount of luggage you are allowed on all domestic and EU flights when you travel otherwise you will be charged for excess luggage.
